Heart of Birth classes are presented in several different formats. Pricing for all classes is for mom-to-be and one companion and includes all materials.
Heart of Birth Sampler
Sampler classes are a three hour exploration of the world of Birthing From Within®, giving you a taste of the class format, style, and Mentoring approach. Perfect if you're just starting out 'shopping' for a childbirth preparation class. If you choose to go on to take a full course, the cost of your sampler is deducted from your enrollment. Samplers do not include the books.

7-Week Classes
Classes are offered in a seven week, one class a week, 3 hours (with break) per class format. Classes may be 1 to 5 couples.
You should register for class with a goal of being done with class before the beginning of your 36 week of pregnancy. If you are closer to your due date, I highly encourage individual classes, which can be scheduled flexibly.

Call! Classes can be scheduled on Wednesdays and Saturdays as requested.

Birthing Again
Special 5-Hour Heart of Birth classes for the families who have given birth, or been pregnant, previously. Explore how your first experience impacts your current birth preperation, and add Birthing From Within practices to your existing knowledge.

I am always willing to accommidate financial challenges and the needs of families on public assistance or Medicaid. TEEN PARENTS ARE WELCOME, FREE OF CHARGE.
Heart of Birth classes are open, and accepting, of ALL birthing families, regardless of age, race, sex or size. I especially encourage non-traditional families to attend, so they can learn in a space of comfort and respect. Hurtful language will not be tolerated from anyone.
